Celebrate life and embrace your uniqueness

Women come in different shapes and sizes, we are not at all the same. No matter your shape or your size love yourself, your body and everything else because that is what makes you YOU. Don't try to change yourself and try to fit in. Be who you are, who you were meant to be. There has to be a reason why we were all created differently.

So ladies I urge you today to "Celebrate life and embrace your uniqueness!!!'

The woman of today

Ladies know that you are what you wear. What you wear represents who you are to the people that see you. These days there is a variety of styles to choose from. But I believe that a woman should dress to suit her figure, her line of work and her personality. It’s not about wearing the in thing, but it’s all about finding the style that suites you best. Don’t wear it because Beyonce or some other popular figure is wearing it. Wear it because it suites you and your figure.
There are many items we wear without knowing what they represent

1. Figure belt

Every woman is wearing it today, yes it accentuates your body but did you know that it draws attention to your hips. I believe that if that is what you want, wear it.

2.   Necklace or neck chain

The African woman has a fuller figure which is shunned by many. For so long we have been stigmatized by skinny models. Anyway, a necklace draws attention to your bust. So if you have a bigger bust stay away from necklaces and clothes with low cleavages because all eyes will be on your bust.

3. The hair
This is the best of all, pay particular attention to your hair do. If you spot on a lovely hair do, everything else doesn’t matter. So always maintain a nice hair do all the time kwete kugarisa nemaweave or braids musoro.

Always look your best

1. All celebrate our womanhood
2. Accept that all women are different, so let's celebrate our uniqueness
3. Go out there and make a difference
4. Stop procrastinating and get stuff done
5. Love ourselves for who we are and what God made us to be, do more things for you and find more time for you

Food for thought!!!!

I have noticed that there has been an increase in posts about vatious weight loss products, techniques, programmes and conconctions. Whilst it's all appealing some of these products have negative side effects in the long run and some of them don't really work (it's all marketing).
Whilst it is good to lose weight and lose it quickly, It is important to realise that more often than not we spend too much time sitting at work and at home and eating so obviously we are bound to put on weight. It's even worse if you drive. Yes, you might take the products lose weight and go back to your usual eating habits you put on weight again. For me the best way to lose weight is to watch what you eat, eat healthily, eat when you are hungry not eat for the sake of eating and to exercise. Know your body mass calculate your BMI, this will tell you if you are overweight or not. Find out your ideal body weight and mainatin that by good eating habits and exercising.
If you do this yiou won't go wrong and I believe this is a lasting solution

Sanitary Pads Drive

The challenge is simple: 1 pack of pads costs 95c. We ask you to buy 1pack or more and donate to the pads drive. 500 packs = 500 underprivileged girls in the country's rural areas.

WeCareZim's mandate is to donate at least 500 packets of pads to 500 girls every month. We are not targeting just one area but our goal is to do this in all rural areas nationwide
...
Some young women are currently using ash, old sacks, feathers or old pieces of blankets as sanitary wear.Help us make a difference in the lives of these underprivileged young women and girls.
